Do you repair Windows laptops or only Macs?
Both. We repair MacBook and iMac, Microsoft Surface, and Windows laptops from brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer and MSI — screens, batteries, keyboards, charging ports, won't-turn-on faults and liquid damage. Bring it in for a free diagnosis.
Do you repair desktop computers?
We repair Apple desktops — iMac and Mac mini. We don't take on Windows desktop towers or custom-built PCs. If you have a Windows tower we can still help with data recovery and software or virus cleanup, but not tower hardware repair.
How much does a laptop screen replacement cost?
MacBook screens start from $349 and Microsoft Surface screens from $299. Windows laptop screens vary a lot by model, so we quote those individually — the diagnosis is free and we confirm a fixed price before any work starts.
Can you fix a laptop that won't turn on?
Usually, yes. A laptop that won't power on is most often a battery, charging or motherboard fault. We diagnose board-level issues and do microsoldering in-house, and we can normally recover your data even if the machine itself is beyond repair. Diagnosis is free.
My laptop is slow or has a virus — can you help?
Yes. Our software and virus cleanup is $79 and covers malware removal, startup cleanup and a general tune-up. If the slowdown is hardware — a failing drive or not enough memory — we'll tell you that instead of charging you for a cleanup that won't fix it.
Can you recover files from a dead laptop?
In most cases yes, even when the laptop itself can't be saved. Data transfer and backup starts at $49, and full data recovery from a failed or liquid-damaged drive starts at $149. We assess it free and tell you honestly what's recoverable before you commit.
How long does a laptop repair take?
Battery and screen replacements are often same-day when we have the part in stock. Motherboard, liquid damage and data recovery work can take a few days depending on parts and diagnosis. We give you a clear timeframe up front.
